API v1 for short links and QR codes

API v1 is live at /api/v1. One key per account authenticates with a Bearer token. You can shorten a URL, generate a QR code, and list, update, or delete links you own. Each of those calls spends one API Action. The API allowance is 300 a day and does not draw from the 300 website actions. Burst limits stay at 2 a second, 30 a minute, and 100 an hour. A public Markdown file is available for people and coding agents that need the same details as the HTML docs. Paths that look like a documentation page, such as /api or /api-docs, redirect to the docs so they are not mistaken for a short link.
