Safer destinations, a nine-second warning, and a lower API daily cap
Destination screening is stricter. The warning pause is nine seconds. The free API daily allowance is now 50.
URLZ now refuses destinations on known deceptive hosts when you create a short link or a QR code. Other URL shorteners and unclear hosting domains no longer redirect immediately: they stop on the warning page for nine seconds so you can read the destination before continuing. Short links that broke the rules were removed. Those codes now show a removal page and no longer send anyone onward. The website daily allowance stays at 300. The public API daily allowance is 50, still separate from website use. Short-link responses ask search engines not to index them.
